Some clients are hastily dismantling their frameworks which they painstakingly built up over many years. Meanwhile others are in the process of launching their frameworks. Some clients and suppliers extol their effectiveness while others are scathing in their condemnation of them.

This, the fourth Here to Learn workshop, will focus on how to procure construction products and services in a way that will bring about the innovations needed for a green recovery from the recession. In other words, how we can change procurement practices to inspire and empower customers and suppliers throughout the supply chain to bring about the transformational advances needed to mitigate the effects of climate change.
